About

THE WHY

I am so happy to finally put more time into offering this course. I have been an instructor for almost 3 years starting in permanent makeup and have expanded my trainings to tattoo and piercing, which I have a strong passion for. Something that makes this course different from others provided in Arizona is that several techniques and tattoos styles are discussed in this training not just single-needle. This is crucial in understanding how you can learn to expand your abilities and styles as you continue on your tattoo journey. I started out only focusing on tattooing several hundreds of people and several different types of skin. I still provide several free sessions because I am too a student and I always want to provide the safest, easiest, techniques for my students. In order to be a great instructor, you must know how to approach this art with all types of individuals. I provide lifetime mentorship to all my students and continued updates on new information, tricks, and tips. This course is structured to provide you hands on experience and at your own pace. The class is very small and intimate allowing you to have undivided attention from beginning to end. Sometimes a class of 7-12 individuals doesn’t allow you to get all attention necessary when learning a new skill.

THE WHAT

You will be receiving an email with what to bring the first day of training. This is set up to start promptly at 10am. Wear comfortable clothes. I would love to say that you will have a break and it won’t be a long day but I would be lying. The first day we focus on theory. Please be prepared for a full day with a lot of information. I recommend you bring your lunch or snacks since you do not receive a formal lunch but you are able to eat and drink throughout training. This is set up as a discussion forum where we are continuously discussing the information that is being provided and broken down for your best understanding. Typically this day ends around 6-7 so please be prepared mentally, as you will feel like you are doing a full day of college. Don’t get me wrong everything you are learning is fun and exciting, so it won’t be death by power point.

I recommend all students to do nothing when they get home. Don’t practice. Don’t go over your notes. Just rest. The fun day is the second day of training! Every student is required to do 5 models or 5 tattoos on this day. depending on how many are in the class, every student is staggered so that no one is starting a tattoo at the same time as the other. This may seem overwhelming but I believe the best time to do as many models as possible, is when you are with your instructor and you have guidance.

You are provide a full career kit. These supplies are all tattoo industry

standard. It’s all about quality in this industry to although there are m

any things you can acquire on Amazon for cheap, you are given great

quality supplies that are currently used ball my artists and myself.
